The Relationship between Training and Organizational Performance through Job Satisfaction

Abstract:

The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship of training and organizational performance. This study attempts to analyze the role of job satisfaction in this relationship. This research intend to explore that whether the job satisfaction plays mediating role between training and organizational performance or not. Telecommunication companies where training and development are emphasized strongly are selected as population. Sample was collected from 90 respondents through convenient sampling technique. Results of the study confirmed the proposed relationship of the variables. Findings of the research suggest the use of training programs to improve the satisfaction level of employees which will ultimately improve the organizational performance.
